•    Sign an initial earnest money contract between 09/15/2025 – 12/31/2025.

The special interest rate offer is subject to qualifications and restrictions. This interest rate promotion is available via a forward (standby) commitment purchased by Perry Homes through Acrisure. Promotional interest rates are only available until the pool of funds is depleted or the rate expires.
